Multi-Form 1099 & Information Return Deadline Dashboard
Select the forms your organization files and track recipient deadlines, IRS e-file dates, countdowns, and project status in one browser-based dashboard.
| Form | Next fixed deadline | Recipient / participant | IRS e-file | Status | Links |

Use status as a workflow marker—not as proof of filing.
The dashboard gives you six project statuses: Not started, Data cleanup, Recipient copies, Ready to file, Filed / awaiting acknowledgement, and Complete / acknowledgement saved. It is intentionally simple so you can see where each form stands without putting taxpayer data into a web tool.
Deadline dashboard FAQs
What does the deadline dashboard save?
The dashboard saves only your selected form numbers and the workflow status you choose for each form in your browser local storage. It does not store recipient names, TINs, payment amounts, or uploaded tax records.
What does “next deadline” mean?
It is the earliest fixed federal event for that form that has not passed according to the date on your device. Special transaction-driven requirements are shown separately in the notes.
Can I use the dashboard across multiple computers?
Not automatically. The status is stored locally in the browser, so another computer or browser starts with its own blank dashboard.
Does marking a form “Filed” mean the IRS accepted it?
No. The status is your own project-management marker. After filing, save and review the IRIS acknowledgement and resolve rejected or accepted-with-errors records as needed.
Can I download the dashboard?
Yes. You can download a CSV snapshot or print the current dashboard. The download contains the selected form, purpose, dates, and your workflow status—not recipient tax data.
