Filing authorization and service terms
I confirm that I am authorized to act for the filer and provide the records submitted. I authorize ERICH Incorporated to process and electronically transmit the selected information returns using the applicable agency system. I understand that the filer is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of the supplied data, including taxpayer identification information, required notices and timely corrections. ERICH will perform the transmission and any expressly agreed validation steps; this agreement does not waive responsibilities ERICH cannot lawfully disclaim.
I understand that transmission is not agency acceptance. ERICH will send the filing result or a non-sensitive status summary to the contact email I provide and may use a secure method for detailed acknowledgments. ERICH will remove active uploaded source files after the agency result has been handled and communicated, subject to legally required records and documented backup retention. Copies downloaded to staff devices must also be deleted under ERICH's operating procedure.
The starting price is $200 per eligible filing file of up to 1,000 records. My request is subject to ERICH's review and confirmation of scope and payment arrangements; submitting this request does not itself charge my card or guarantee a filing deadline.
After submitting, you receive a private case link for secure upload and tracking when the portal is active. Please do not email SSNs, EINs or taxpayer files. You are not charged by this form.
